We require a $200 retainer to formally book your date and agreement to our contract. Final payment is due 15 days before the event.

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and is due at the time of booking. We do not hold or secure any date on our calendar until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event.

To keep pricing as low as possible, standard payments are made by cash or check, which do not include processing fees. If you choose to pay by credit card or another electronic method, a 4% processing fee will be added to the total.

No. We only consider the time used while we have the booth open to your guests. If you require additional time, we charge $125 per hour for overtime. If you want us ready at a time earlier than your rental start time we charge a modest $25 per hour, or part of one, for standby time. This includes time where we have already opened but you want us to suspend operating the booth.

Rental Time is time that the photo booth is open for guests to use. Sometimes, you might want to split the open time into 2 or more segments, or you might want us to set up and wait to actually open the booth. Standby Time lets you reserve the photo booth and attendant for your entire event without paying full operating rates while the booth is closed. This is useful when you don't want the booth running continuously but still want it available later.

Common examples include:
The booth is open during cocktail hour, closed during dinner, and reopened for dancing.
You want the booth completely set up before guests enter the room, but don't want it to open until after dinner or speeches.
The booth is temporarily closed during awards, a ceremony, or another scheduled portion of the event, then reopened afterward.

Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire rental period to help your guests operate and maximize their photo booth experience.

Yes, fun props are included with most photo booth rentals and can make the experience entertaining for guests of all ages.

For larger events (generally 250+ guests) or fast-paced events, we may recommend a prop-free setup. This helps keep the line moving and ensures more guests have time to enjoy the booth and receive prints. If props are important to your large group, you might consider renting 2 booths.

For certain events props may be limited or adjusted at the attendant’s discretion to maintain flow and protect the prop collection throughout the event.

Yes they are. Each photo booth session takes four pictures which are then printed seconds later on a 2×6 photo for your guests to keep. Our rental rates include unlimited sessions and an individual print of each session for each person in the photographs.

We use the term "booth" however, unlike traditional enclosed booths, our open-air photo booth creates a full studio-style experience using a professional camera, instant printing system, and custom backdrop so larger groups can join the fun at once. The optimum set up would give us about 10' X 10' to set up in without having anything else in that space. We need to be placed near an electrical outlet.

You want a balance - being right with the guests is great so that they see us and can easily access us all night, however, being next to a loud speaker makes it difficult for the guests to hear the attendant guide them through the steps. We recommend that you try and position the photo booth in the same room as the guests but not near the DJ. This way you and your guests will get more use out of it than if it were located in another room away from the party.

Keep in mind that if we are in the same room as the guests, your attendant will arrive up to an hour before your start time to set up. This may be a distraction you don't want at your event. Consider another location for the booth or adding in "standby time" to have us set up earlier and wait for the agreed upon start time. That is available for $25 an hour or part of one.

We do not monitor guest actions but if we notice it, we will not offer the prints. We cannot be responsible for actions your guests take at the booth but will block the pictures if we're aware.

To ensure the absolute privacy and digital safety of your guests, especially children, we do not host online galleries. Photobooths capture wonderful moments with guests of all ages. Shared passwords can easily be leaked or reshared online. Since we cannot selectively filter out or edit pictures containing minors, or adults who may want to opt-out, in a mass upload, we take a proactive, security-first approach to protect your loved ones and their privacy rights.

Yes. We personalize the bottom to the event. Our style is to have an appropriate image with the guest(s) of honor or name of the event, and the date of the event. For example:

If you want something specific, let us know. Keep in mind the area is very small - 1 inch high by 2 inches wide. Too much detail will shrink into something unrecognizable. We suggest a simple image with minimum text to keep it looking nice.

That allows us to keep our pricing affordable without cutting corners.
